1. Work as the contact window of SMRE to customers, provide remote or on-site technical support to the customer for the trouble shootings, provide valuable and reliable solutions, supervise the on-site service; Organize failure analysis and define actions with related functions, provide quality report to customers in time, ensure the customer satisfaction; Review customer change request, follow up the change implementation. 作為SMRE對(duì)客戶的接口,為客戶提供遠(yuǎn)程或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的技術(shù)支持,提供有價(jià)值和可靠的解決方案;組織客戶質(zhì)量問題分析及定義改善措施,監(jiān)督改善措施的落實(shí),及時(shí)給客戶提供質(zhì)量報(bào)告; 對(duì)于客戶提出的變更需求,組織內(nèi)部評(píng)審,并跟進(jìn)變更的實(shí)施。2. Define in-house repair working instructions (SOP), according to SMRE quality standards and customer requirements. 根據(jù)SMRE的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及客戶需求,定義廠內(nèi)維修的操作指導(dǎo)(SOP)。3. Participate the repair/overhaul/production trouble shootings, define the solution or counter-measures with Tech and QM engineers together. 參與維修、檢修和生產(chǎn)過程中的問題解決,和工藝、質(zhì)量工程師一起尋找解決方案或改進(jìn)措施。4. Actively improve SMRE service competencies, find any opportunity to reduce repair cost and develop service business.積極提高SMRE的服務(wù)能力,尋找一切機(jī)會(huì)以降低服務(wù)成本和發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)。 5. Follow up critical or typical failures, set up failure manual according to data and experience of problem solving.跟進(jìn)關(guān)鍵或常見故障的進(jìn)展,形成故障手冊(cè)。 6. Define the repair solution (RFB1925), standardize or simplify typical repair activities.確定維修方案(RFB1925),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化或簡化常見的維修行為。 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.完成上級(jí)交辦的其它任務(wù)。 Position Requirement: 職位要求: 1. Junior college education background or above, major in mechanical, electrical engineering or related education. 大專以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械,電氣工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。2. More than 3 years production or service experience in motor/converter or other mechanical/electrical industrial products. 三年以上電機(jī)、變頻器或者其他機(jī)械、電氣類工業(yè)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)生產(chǎn)或服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3. Have good know-how of SMRE products. 具備良好的SMRE產(chǎn)品相關(guān)知識(shí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。4. Have good Negotiation and team work spirit. 具備良好的談判技能和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。5. Knowing FSC service scope and process well. 了解工廠服務(wù)范圍及流程。 6. Have good communication skill. 具備良好的溝通能力。7. Have professional use of Microsoft Office software. 具備專業(yè)的辦公軟件使用技能。8. Have ability to take business trip. 適應(yīng)出差工作。 9. Be familiar with applicable safety, health and environmental law and requirements. 熟悉EHS相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
