IQC
Your role and responsibilities
Provides technical support and coordination for customer field issue;
Performs analysis of field failures;
Provides professional root cause analysis report including improvement resolution;
Monitoring of factory and field quality, analyze, define and implement improvement actions;
Define needed product improvements to remove observed problems and to increase quality and uptime of the equipment.
Join new product development projects, implement reliability engineering practices.
Qualifications for the role
Higher technical education (Master degree in electrical engineering preferred); Strong electrical engineering knowledge
with experience preferably in printed circuit boards or semiconductors in R&D;
Experience in hardware design including power/electronic components is required;
Background in power electronics preferred;
Strong analytical skills and systematic working methodology with a high degree of personal initiative
Coordinating team player with excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
