Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities and promote the bidding rate. - - The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid/remote. - - This role is contributing to the Electrification business area. - - You will be mainly accountable for: - ● sales performance - Sells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. - ● Customer relations - Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience. - ● EPC Subindustry Management - Identify and promote new market opportunities in EPC sub-industry, collect market information and industry dynamic information, formulate sub-industry sales strategy, and implement. - ● Administration - Manages administrative procedures in sales process and supports collection and project management activities when needed. - ● Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred) - ● At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency and passion, knowledge and experience in electrical equipment sales is preferred. - ● Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity - ● Result driven, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with teamwork spirit.
