  • Switchgear manufacturing process management, optimize and standardization.
  • Being responsible for component layout and wiring harness design
  • Prepare work instruction.
  • Training assembly workers and assessment
  • Issue handing during project operation.
  • ETO product assembly time collection and analysis
  • Responsible for new product or new technology introduction
What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS、E-plan software
  • Good communication and coordination skills both internal and external
  • Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing.
  • Skillful in problem solving by using statistical techniques.
  • High responsibility and ownership
