Reporting to:
Sales Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: remote
This role is contributing to the ELDS in Xiamen/Fuzhou.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Sells systems and solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full systems and solutions offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
- Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed. Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions, as well as product portfolio and digital solutions;
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor or master degree, with qualification or relevant successful experience in related industries;
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow;
- Passionate & strong learning agility on following the latest information;

主要職責(zé):
1. 訂單與利潤
根據(jù)自己所負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)部門需求,在市場上從事系統(tǒng)與解決方案等銷售,專注于訂單,產(chǎn)品組合及盈利性目標(biāo)完成;
2. 客戶關(guān)系
建立并維護(hù)有效的客戶關(guān)系,理解客戶需求,向客戶積極推廣全產(chǎn)品線/系統(tǒng)及其解決方案,通過銷售行為確保客戶良好體驗(yàn)。
3. 銷售計(jì)劃
利用公司工具制定銷售計(jì)劃。定期回顧訂單狀況,并能在訂單出現(xiàn)下滑趨勢時(shí),及時(shí)做出相關(guān)預(yù)案,確保穩(wěn)定增長。
4. 銷售
為ABB及客戶創(chuàng)造增值服務(wù),確保通過優(yōu)秀銷售技巧實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售策劃、合同與交易的達(dá)成。與客戶深入溝通ABB的解決方案及策略(交付時(shí)間,付款及基礎(chǔ)的條款)
5. 市場
確保為客戶提供有效的市場活動(dòng)及價(jià)值主張。
6. 新的市場機(jī)遇
識(shí)別并推動(dòng)新的市場機(jī)遇,確保知識(shí)交互與跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作。識(shí)別數(shù)字化銷售機(jī)會(huì)并向客戶推廣數(shù)字化解決方案。
7. 日常管理
在必要時(shí),提供管理銷售過程,支持項(xiàng)目管理活動(dòng)及收集工作等;
8. 銷售交易
與相關(guān)部門/市場經(jīng)理根據(jù)競標(biāo)情況準(zhǔn)備解決方案,擬定合適的基數(shù)及財(cái)務(wù)方面的條款,包括價(jià)格與貿(mào)易情況,以及產(chǎn)品組合/數(shù)字化解決方案。
崗位要求:
- 本科或碩士學(xué)歷,具備成功的相關(guān)行業(yè)或崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);;
- 較強(qiáng)的銷售能力以及數(shù)字化能力及相關(guān)知識(shí);
- 對(duì)工作充滿激情,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),關(guān)注市場最新的變化與狀態(tài);
