Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.



The work model for the role is: remote

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Jinan or Qingdao for Shandong Region PB .

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Sells systems and solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full systems and solutions offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
  • Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
  • Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed. Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions, as well as product portfolio and digital solutions.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor or master degree, with qualification or relevant successful experience in related industries;
  • Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow;
  • Passionate & strong learning agility on following the latest information;

? 日常工作中的產(chǎn)品商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)和技術(shù)支持

任職要求:

? 5年以上華東地區(qū)低壓/中壓組件銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 充分了解分銷商、渠道和最終用戶之間的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯
? 在目標(biāo)地區(qū)擁有現(xiàn)有客戶資源
? 深挖客戶需求,提供解決方案,確保雙贏的商業(yè)模式
? 執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)
