電路設(shè)計(jì)
Reporting to:
R&D Team Lead
工作職責(zé):
  • 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì):定義控制電子硬件系統(tǒng)(如主控、電源、通訊、采樣等)的技術(shù)規(guī)格和接口。進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì),確保在性能、成本、可靠性和可制造性之間達(dá)到最佳平衡。
  • 電路設(shè)計(jì): 負(fù)責(zé)核心電路設(shè)計(jì),包括但不限于:多核DSP/ARM處理器最小系統(tǒng)、FPGA邏輯電路、電源電路、高精度ADC采樣電路、光纖通訊電路、傳感器接口電路等。
  • 仿真與驗(yàn)證: 使用仿真工具對(duì)電路進(jìn)行功能仿真、驗(yàn)證和可靠性分析。
  • PCB設(shè)計(jì):負(fù)責(zé)多層PCB的設(shè)計(jì),確保信號(hào)完整性、電源完整性和EMC/EMI性能,確保PCB設(shè)計(jì)滿(mǎn)足安規(guī)要求。
  • 調(diào)試與測(cè)試: 搭建測(cè)試平臺(tái),獨(dú)立完成硬件板卡的功能、性能、可靠性及EMC測(cè)試,能夠分析與解決測(cè)試過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題。
  • 產(chǎn)品化:編寫(xiě)設(shè)計(jì)文檔、測(cè)試報(bào)告和生產(chǎn)指導(dǎo)文件。支持新產(chǎn)品的試產(chǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn),解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的硬件技術(shù)問(wèn)題,持續(xù)推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品的降本增效和質(zhì)量提升。
  • 技術(shù)預(yù)研: 跟蹤業(yè)界最新技術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài),主導(dǎo)新器件、新技術(shù)的選型和評(píng)估,推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)技術(shù)能力的提升
職位要求:
  • 電子工程、自動(dòng)化、電力電子及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷。
  • 至少5年 以上變頻器、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)、工業(yè)控制、新能源電控或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域控制硬件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有成功量產(chǎn)案例。熟悉電氣傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有中壓變頻器相關(guān)控制硬件設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
  • 擁有TI C2000系列DSP或同類(lèi)DSP的開(kāi)發(fā)調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn),精通至少一種ARM Cortex-M/R/A系列處理器的硬件設(shè)計(jì)。
  • 精通模擬電路、數(shù)字電路設(shè)計(jì)。精通DCDC電源開(kāi)發(fā)、調(diào)試及優(yōu)化,掌握磁元件(開(kāi)關(guān)電源變壓器、電感)的特性和應(yīng)用。
  • 熟練使用PSpice, LTspice, Saber等工具進(jìn)行電路仿真和可靠性分析
  • 熟練使用Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Mentor PADS等工具進(jìn)行多層PCB板設(shè)計(jì)。
  • 熟練使用各種常規(guī)測(cè)試儀器對(duì)電路進(jìn)行調(diào)試和故障診斷。
  • 具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
  • 具備一定的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
  • 具備熟練的英語(yǔ)交流能力。
Work Responsibilities:
  • System Design: Define technical specifications and interfaces for control electronics hardware systems (e.g., main controller, power supply, communication, sampling). System architecture design, ensuring optimal balance between performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Circuit Design: Responsible for core circuit design, including but not limited to: multi-core DSP/ARM processor minimum systems, FPGA logic circuits, power supply circuits, high-precision ADC sampling circuits, optical fiber communication circuits, and sensor interface circuits.
  • Simulation & Verification: Use simulation tools for functional circuit simulation, verification, and reliability analysis.
  • PCB Design: Responsible for multi-layer PCB design, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI performance. Ensure PCB design meets safety regulation requirements.
  • Debugging & Testing: Set up test platforms, complete functional, performance, reliability, and EMC testing of hardware boards independently. Capable of analyzing and troubleshooting during testing.
  • Productization: Prepare design documentation, test reports, and production guidance documents. Support the trial production and mass production transfer of new products, resolve hardware-related technical issues during manufacturing, and continuously drive product cost reduction, performance improvement, and quality enhancement.
  • Technical Pre-Research: Track the latest control hardware technology trends, lead the selection and evaluation of new components and technologies, and promote the improvement of the team's technical capabilities.
Position Requirements:
  • Master's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of control hardware development experience in frequency converters, servo drives, industrial control, new energy electronic control, or related fields, with successful mass-production products or projects. Familiarity with electrical drive product design standards. Experience in control hardware design for medium-voltage frequency converters is preferred.
  • Development and debugging experience with TI C2000 series DSP or similar DSPs. Proficiency in hardware design for at least one ARM Cortex-M/R/A series processor.
  • Proficient in analog and digital circuit design. Expertise in DC/DC power supply development, debugging, and optimization. Solid understanding of magnetic components (switching power supply transformers, inductors) characteristics and applications.
  • Proficient in using tools like PSpice, LTspice, or Saber for circuit simulation and reliability analysis.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor PADS for multi-layer PCB design.
  • Proficient in using various standard test equipment for circuit debugging and fault diagnosis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a good team collaboration spirit.
  • Some project management experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
