Your Role at Cabot
Designs, implements and directs financial activities for the omplex Tianjin (TJ) site. Works as a key advisor to site leadership on financial matters. The role may also involve overseeing site-wide financial operations, coordinating with local government authorities, and coaching the entire finance team. Holds primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of costing and reporting processes to ensure compliance with corporate tandards, and leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles for the site.
How You will Make an Impact
1.Oversee accounting and/or financial analysis activities for a complex site (4units). Manages the accounting book is recorded properly and all costingactivities in place are efficient and properly.
2.Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes ensuring accuracy,timeliness, compliance and identification of financial/business issues.Works closely with local Facility General Manager (FGM).
3.Provides direction on matters involving cost determination, inventory valuation,overhead distribution, and others. Leads development and communication of forecasts, analyses, cost reduction, budgets and other financial information to FGM. Leads analyses to facilitate decisions regarding capital appropriations, expansion,pricing and others. Also be responsible for the insurance claim negotiation if occurs.
4.Oversee development and communication of forecasts, analyses, budgets and other financial information to senior management.
5.Oversee the tax business and negotiation in local government.
6.Lead the local SOX and set up a good internal control environment.
7.Deal with the contingency of the issue financial related. Be a coordinationbridge.
8.Complete other tasks/works assigned by FGM/Line Manager.

6.Education/Experienc
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. CPA and MBA are preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ financial experience with MNCs in manufacturing ndustry.
