Key Areas of Responsibility崗位職責:
? Manages sales territory and sells Cabot products, generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base. Develops volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans and strategies for achieving desired results.

? Drive both current and future value for Cabot by building a shared understanding of the individual customer and overall portfolio profitability and focus on where Cabot can differentiate itself at the interface with the customer.

? Effectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customers. Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product features and benefits.

Education/Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in chemicals.
化學學士學位及以上。
? 3- 5 years of sales experience in chemical products, particularly battery materials, additives, electrochemical expertise is preferred. Possessing a strong sales background, along with a keen understanding of customer needs and strategic thinking, is essential.
3-5年化學產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗,特別是電池材料、添加劑,具備電化學專業(yè)知識者優(yōu)先。擁有扎實的銷售背景,對客戶需求有深刻的理解和戰(zhàn)略思維能力至關(guān)重要。
