With supervision to collect consumer insights / market trends to assist relevant team members to generate new concepts 在監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)下收集消費(fèi)者洞察/市場趨勢,以協(xié)助相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員產(chǎn)生新概念 4. Adhere to the safety and food safety policies, maintain laboratory quipment in good condition 遵守研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的安全和食品安全制度,保持實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備處于良好狀態(tài) 5. Comply with the company’s relevant policies and requirements,such as intellectual property management and R&D document anagement,including recipe, trial report, plant trial report etc. 遵守公司的相關(guān)制度要求,如:知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理與研發(fā)文檔管理等要求;包括配 方、實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告與上線報(bào)告等。 6. Other duties assigned. 分配的其他職責(zé) 任職要求: 1. 食品科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)研究生及以上學(xué)歷 2. 0-3年食品或飲料行業(yè)研發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3. 熱愛烘焙行業(yè),有烘焙行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 4. 擁有創(chuàng)新思維、快速學(xué)習(xí)和基本的解決問題能力 5. 良好的溝通和人際交往能力 6. 良好的辦公軟件技巧
