職位描述

電工物業(yè)管理
1. 每日對供電高低變壓器、各計量設備進行定時、定點、例行的巡查工作，并作好原始記錄，保證不漏查、虛查等；
2. 嚴格按照操作規(guī)范，操作高、低壓設備；
3. 負責保管設備的原始檔案記錄，有問題及時匯報；
4. 遵守管理中心制定的一切規(guī)章制度；
5. 不折不扣地執(zhí)行上級指示，按計劃完成設備保養(yǎng)工作；
6. 做好職責范圍內(nèi)的工作同時，做好環(huán)境整潔工作；
7. 出現(xiàn)突發(fā)情況及時報告領班或領班以上負責人，同時按照預定的方案采取措施，在保證無危及人身安全的前提下，盡一切力量減少損失；
8. 交接班要做到記錄清、問題交代清、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生清。
9. 完成上級交辦的各項工作。
任職要求
1. 教育背景：相關專業(yè)中專及以上學歷或接受過專業(yè)培訓；
2. 年齡：55歲以下，身體健康、儀表端正；
3. 工作經(jīng)驗：1年以上工程相關工作專業(yè)
4. 專業(yè)知識、資質(zhì)證書：
了解物業(yè)各項系統(tǒng)工程的施工、維修、保養(yǎng)和管理基礎專業(yè)知識；持有高壓、低壓電工作業(yè)證
