Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's development strategy, organize the formulation of short, medium, and long-term human resources work plans, develop a complete set of human resources management systems, and organize their implementation;
2. Establish and improve the human resource management system, formulate and organize the implementation of human resource management systems (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development, etc.);
3. Fully responsible for the daily work of the company's human resources department and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of department employees;
4. Regularly provide specialized advice to senior decision-makers on human resources strategy, organizational development, administrative management, and other aspects, and provide human resources information support for major company decisions;
5. Strengthen the prediction and overall planning of the company's human resources, adjust the organizational structure, personnel structure, and salary and welfare benefits reasonably based on the operating and market conditions of each project;
6. Responsible for building the core team and core backbone of the business team of the company, and promoting the core talent development plan within the company; Improve the company's talent reserve and team building;
7. Familiar with ISO quality and environmental management system requirements, strictly follow the system requirements for safety, environment, and health supervision and management;
8. Promote and implement the company's management policies related to environmental health and safety, and promote the formation of a healthy and safe working environment;
9. Assist in establishing good employee relationships, resolving employee complaints, and promoting the formation of a positive work atmosphere;
10. Responsible for the management of administrative affairs such as shuttle buses, security, canteens, and cleaning for the company;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resource management, law, economics, enterprise management, or related fields;
5-10 years of experience as a human resources and administrative manager or supervisor in manufacturing enterprises;
Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and coordination abilities, interpersonal communication skills, and communication skills;
Quick thinking, quick response, high efficiency, and possessing a good mental outlook;
Excellent English communication skills;
Familiar with national labor laws and administrative laws and regulations;
Familiar with various modules of human resources, with a deep understanding of human resources strategy, organizational development, administrative management, and other aspects;
Understand ISO quality and environmental management system standards;
Familiar with chemical management requirements and emergency response procedures for chemical spills, fires, and other emergencies;
Understand the management procedures and related requirements for occupational health and safety.
