YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- With a customer and product-centric philosophy and perspective to identify business opportunities, formulate and implement business strategies, and transform them into team tasks to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Establishes individual goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with business strategies and objectives and monitors the progress towards them. As a VACC leader, provide coaching and support.
- Collaborate with the marketaccess-related departments to promote and accelerate products accessibility.
- Recruits and develops qualified personnel in cooperation with HR
- Based on product tracking and forecasts, allocate resources and control cost effectively.
- Manages complaints and process through effective problem solving, execution, administration and resource management
- Conducts performance management and development dialogues with subordinates; improves employees’ performance and engagement by coaching; executes performance improvement plans when necessary
- Ensures compliance of all activities carried out in the team, provides regular compliance updates and trainings to subordinates and ensures that the actions are aligned with Bayer’s culture and values.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: - University degree, preferably in the field of clinical medicine or pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Experience: At least two years (+/-) of sales management experience within the medical industry
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Market Insights: Ability to conduct market research, identify potential customers, and business opportunities.
- Outcome-Oriented: Ability to define aspirational goals, driving and deliver the quality outcome consistently. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Team Management: Experience in team building and management, capable of motivating the team to achieve goals.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Have good communication and collaboration skills, ability to connect with customers and stakeholders at all levels, drive collaboration and achieve business goals.
- With strong resilience and learning agility.
