崗位職責(zé):
? Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target both on sell-out and sell-in perspective, and gain market share in above online channels.
完成月度/季度/年度銷售指標(biāo),包括進(jìn)貨、零售,同時在天貓、京東、抖音及其他線上渠道提高品牌市場份額。
? Daily management with luxury brands’ E-WHS customers. (Business review, promotion or activity monitor, etc.)
負(fù)責(zé)公司奢侈品眼鏡品牌得電商客戶日常管理(定期生意回顧、促銷活動追蹤及管理等)
? Developing luxury brands EWS channel policy and authorization standard.
制定奢侈品牌批發(fā)電商渠道政策與授權(quán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
? Have a good communication with variety of departments to achieve the goals.
良好的溝通能力與各部門協(xié)作,完成最終目標(biāo)。
? Support new business initiatives and projects. Take other tasks as assigned.
支持新的生意模式或項(xiàng)目,及其他一些新的任務(wù)。
? Beside traditional online channels, also familiar with interest EC channel and have experience on operating or managing in these channels, such as DOUYIN, POIZON, etc.
除傳統(tǒng)電商渠道外,對于興趣電商熟悉及有相關(guān)渠道管理或運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn),如:抖音、得物等。
? If have experienced in Premium fashion or luxury category is preferred, but at least familiar with premium fashion and knowing how to manage premium or luxury brands on online channel.
有輕奢、奢侈品類目從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,但至少熱愛輕奢或奢侈品,了解奢侈品品牌在線上的打法.

? Co-working with product team to develop luxury brands EWS channel product strategy.
與產(chǎn)品部門合作去制定奢侈品牌批發(fā)電商渠道產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及策略制定
? Based on sales targets, marketing plan, sell-through performance, ensure proper product mix, merchandising.
基于銷售目標(biāo)、市場規(guī)劃、零售表現(xiàn),制定合理的產(chǎn)品組合及銷售計劃。
Campaign management:
活動管理:
? Campaign planning include sales, selling, products requirement plan.
活動規(guī)劃,包括銷售、銷售費(fèi)用、產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃等
? Campaign execution which includes pricing management, ADV execution, etc.
? 活動執(zhí)行,包括價格執(zhí)行、廣告投放等。
? Campaign reviews include sales, products, ADV targets achievement.
活動回顧,包括銷售、產(chǎn)品、廣告投放等回顧。
Market insight:
市場洞察:
? Research competitor’s product promotion schemes evaluate effectiveness of schemes.
研究競爭對手產(chǎn)品促銷機(jī)制,并評估是否有效。
? Tracking market trend and competitors.
追蹤行業(yè)品類、競爭對手趨勢。
Requirements:
- 至少5年以上線上客戶管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),非常熟悉天貓/京東/抖音渠道,如果同時有小紅書/得物渠道相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為加分項(xiàng)。
- 熟練使用辦公自動化軟件及數(shù)據(jù)及專業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
- 熟練得英語語言溝通/匯報能力,包括口語、書寫
- 至少2年以上帶人經(jīng)驗(yàn)(人數(shù)2名以上為加分項(xiàng))
- 良好的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃及跨部門溝通能力。
- 奢侈品相關(guān)行業(yè)優(yōu)先
