法務(wù)合規(guī)
Job Description：
Mainly focus on compliance matters （80%）合規(guī)事務(wù)占80%
1. Support compliance team member to deploy compliance monitoring.
協(xié)助合規(guī)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員執(zhí)行合規(guī)監(jiān)督工作
2. Support daily compliance team on different compliance projects, including
but not limited to training, reports, data processing, etc.
支持日常合規(guī)團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展不同的合規(guī)項(xiàng)目，包括但不限于培訓(xùn)、報(bào)告、數(shù)據(jù)處理等
3. Support compliance team member on compliance investigation different
preparation, documents summary, report draft, files, etc.
協(xié)助合規(guī)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員開(kāi)展合規(guī)調(diào)查，包括不同準(zhǔn)備事項(xiàng)、文件總結(jié)、報(bào)告草稿、文件等
Support legal matters （20%） 法律事務(wù)占20%
4. Support legal counsel to draft, review and revise contract/bidding
documents and other legal documents for complicated commercial projects to
provide timely legal support to different internal business streams and
functions.
協(xié)助法務(wù)顧問(wèn)起草、審查和修改復(fù)雜商業(yè)項(xiàng)目的合同/招標(biāo)文件及其他法律文件，為不同內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)部門和職能提供及時(shí)的法律支持
5. Support legal counsel to conduct legal research and analysis on complicated
legal issues for legal advice and consulting services.
協(xié)助法務(wù)顧問(wèn)對(duì)復(fù)雜法律問(wèn)題進(jìn)行法律研究和分析，提供法律建議和咨詢服務(wù)
6. Support to prepare legal trainings and corporate filing matters.
協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備法律培訓(xùn)和公司備案事務(wù)
7. Support paper work related to dispute resolutions in the areas of contract
dispute, employment, etc.
協(xié)助處理與合同糾紛、勞動(dòng)糾紛等爭(zhēng)議解決相關(guān)的文書(shū)工作
Job Requirements：
1. Advanced University degree in Law (with LLB degree, LLM/graduate in
study/graduation as a plus).
擁有大學(xué)法律學(xué)位（擁有法學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，法學(xué)碩士/研究生學(xué)歷/畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先）
2. Passed Chinese Bar examination as a plus.
通過(guò)中國(guó)律師資格考試者優(yōu)先
3. Excellent in both Chinese and English, speaking and writing.
中英文讀寫(xiě)能力優(yōu)秀
4. Previous internship at court, prosecutor or law firm is a plus.
曾在法院、檢察院或律師事務(wù)所實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, student leadership is a
plus.
出色的人際交往和溝通技巧，有學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力優(yōu)先
6. Accept business travel if any.
接受商務(wù)出差
7. Team player, active, positive, optimistic, good in prioritizing and problem
solving, self-motivated, quick learning ability and be able to work under
pressures with multiple tasks.
