汽車(chē)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for create and update the planning for the project - specific SW development (schedule, cost and resource planning)
? coordinate with IT department, defines required activities and their priorities, develep our own department plan, the planning of SW requirment management, SW configuration, change request management and SW quality assurance
? regularly reports the software projects status to direct manager and stakeholders, and implement and review software achitecture design and some high level designs in line with function teams
? partipates in internal and customer driven design/issues reviews throughout program, following a defined software development process, incl. unit testing, integration testing and etc.
? ensure the implamentation and monitor of the QMS in our internal department and give support in the process optimization, support and coordinate the process owners in draft & implementation of QMS
? set up of roadmap for rollout of processes standards in accordance to priority, develope align and implement process standards and work instructions
? set up and rollout of Mangement information Directory (FKO) and take over with additional tasks according to the actual knowledge and experience of the job holder
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, 4+ years workig experience in project manager or coordination
? Be best to knowledge about Vehicle chassis components
? Be familiar with the tools uesed in vehicle development like admas，Matlab, Catia,etc.
? Fluent English speaking
