  1. 基于產(chǎn)品和制造過程和質(zhì)量控制程序，識別關(guān)鍵的質(zhì)量控制過程，準備DQIP、Workmanship、Control Plan.
Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process quality.
Prepare DQIP, workmanship and Control Plan, and quality control document according to procedure.
  1. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品及過程要求，評估和批準產(chǎn)品的Setup&FAAR。
Basing on product, Process and procedure, review and approve Setup and FAAR report.
  1. 評估和編制 產(chǎn)品的MSA (GRR)報告, 確保產(chǎn)品檢測gage和儀器的有效性。
Do assessment on product and measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR) report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and process inspection machine to assure the efficiency.
  1. 參與制定PFMEA，確保過程的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險得到有效控制
Assure the process risk control basing on efficient PFMEA.
  1. NCR & QA instruction 的準備，確保過程不合格得到有效處置
NCR& QA insptruction prepare and confirmation, assure the good control on nonconfirming parts.
客戶質(zhì)量控制 Customer Quality
  1. 及時應(yīng)對客戶投訴/反饋，保證客戶滿意
Fast response for customer complaints to dirve customer satisfication
  1. 損傷推動客戶反饋在工廠內(nèi)的持續(xù)改善 Dirve internal improvement and expansion based on customer complaints
  1. 客戶8D報告的編寫匯報，TECHS系統(tǒng)操作。
8D report prepare and TECHS system handling.
過程改善 Process Improvement
  1. 與技術(shù)部門和生產(chǎn)部門合作，識別、分析生產(chǎn)過程問題
In association with engineering department and production department to identify and analyze problems of production process, find out the root cause of failures
  1. 定期進行過程能力分析和產(chǎn)品過程不良分析，提高系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)性與穩(wěn)定性，
Do process capability analysis and defect statistic analysis, to increasing the product & process quality
  1. 與項目有關(guān)部門和人員合作，及時進行有效質(zhì)量評估，確保新項目的進行。
NPI product and process study to assure the NPI goes well on quality control.
  1. 參與過程改善，并對方案實施以及效果追蹤
Engage process improvement, confirm implementing and tracking effects and results
人員培訓(xùn) Training
