Responsibilities:
1. 根據(jù)工件圖紙(3D/2D)進(jìn)行CNC加工程序設(shè)計(jì)工作
CNC Program design based on 3D/2D part drawing.
2. 熟練使用和操作creo 軟件, 熟悉CNC 仿真軟件TEBIS/ Vericut 或者其他類似軟件
Professional operation of Creo/TEBIS/ Vericut software
3. 熟悉加工中心(YASDA/SODICK等),或有WEDM(電火花線切割)/CNC 加工背景
Familiar with CNC machining, or WEDM/ CNC background
4. 有相關(guān)連接器零件加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Have relevant processing experience in connector parts.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)加工工藝,可以優(yōu)化工藝線路
Know fabrication process and focus on improving fabrication process.
6. 對(duì)新的加工技術(shù)研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)有所了解,有自我驅(qū)動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力
Understand new fabrication processing technologies and can self-drive learning.
7. 工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì),超精密加工的開(kāi)發(fā)
Fabrication process Jig design, ultra-precision processing development.
Qualifications:
1. 大專及以上教育背景, 機(jī)械,機(jī)械電子,模具專業(yè)優(yōu)先
College and above education background about mechanical, die design and manufacturing.
2. 5年以上精密連接器工件/電子/半導(dǎo)體/光學(xué)加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)
More than 5 years of working experience in precision connector/semiconductor/optical processing.
3. 懂機(jī)加工工藝
Know well about part fabrication process
4. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力
Good teamwork and communication skills
5. 良好的放電機(jī)或調(diào)試問(wèn)題分析及問(wèn)題解決能力
Good EDM process issues analyzing and quickly trouble shooting ability
6. 基于工件加工問(wèn)題和項(xiàng)目要求快速響應(yīng),并在一定壓力下工作的能力
Effective response and activity on parts fabrication issues and project schedule, can work under certain pressure.
