*Lead and coordinate Tebit and KAIZEN projects to deliver validated financial savings and operational improvements.

3. TEOA Capability Building & Culture Promotion
*Promote TEOA culture by training and coaching value stream teams
通過對(duì)價(jià)值流（ValueStream）團(tuán)隊(duì)開展系統(tǒng)化的TEOA工具、精益方法及數(shù)字化改善能力的培訓(xùn)與輔導(dǎo)，持續(xù)提升團(tuán)隊(duì)的問題解決能力和持續(xù)改善意識(shí)，推動(dòng)TEOA文化在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和管理層的落地與內(nèi)化。
4. VS Transformation Standardization & CIP Deployment
*Standardize and sustain TEOA Value Stream Transformation through KAIZEN implementation and Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) deployment
通過KAIZEN改善項(xiàng)目實(shí)施及持續(xù)改善計(jì)劃（CIP）的系統(tǒng)化部署，推動(dòng)TEOA價(jià)值流轉(zhuǎn)型過程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與制度化，確保改善成果在價(jià)值流內(nèi)可復(fù)制、可持續(xù)，并有效防止改善回彈。
5. Digital Factory Enablement & Project Coordination
*Support deployment of Digital Factory tools and coordinate BU/cross?functional
支持?jǐn)?shù)字化工廠相關(guān)工具和系統(tǒng)在持續(xù)改善及TEOA項(xiàng)目中的導(dǎo)入與應(yīng)用，協(xié)調(diào)BU及跨職能資源，確保數(shù)字化解決方案有效支撐業(yè)務(wù)需求，并推動(dòng)以數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的持續(xù)改善和運(yùn)營績效提升。

【Job description】
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement, with solid hands?on application of Lean tools and methodologies; experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.

2. College degree or above, with strong proficiency in English, including excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. （for technical documentation, training materials, and internal communication.）

3. Proven experience in project management, including leading or coordinating cross?functional teams to deliver improvement initiatives and business results.
