Basic Profile
· Willing to accept long term travel (≥6 months/Year, overseas travel maybe)
· Bachelor or above degree.
· ≥ 5 years working experience
· Good in both writing and oral English.
· Familiar with QMS requirements (ISO9001), practical experience and skills in QMS audit, process
audits, product audit
· Familiar with electronical manufacturing operation or system’s development, experience from
CNC, surface finishing, molding, Assembly is preferred.
· Understand some algorithms of data manipulations and data analysis, can use JMP/mini-tab or
other tools for data analysis and data audit.
· Family with Python language can use python coding is preferred, proficient in the use of various
data analysis modules
· Rich experience on supplier management and supplier development as a SQE
· Quality/technical experience from Apple supply chain is preferred
· Naked eye eyesight > = 4.8, no color blindness
Technical Expertise
· Professional at quality tool knowledge and application like 8D, CPK, GRR, FMEA, SPC
· On hands experience on problem solving using 8D/Six sigma tools
· Experience in manufacturing processes of mechanical/electrical components, cosmetic/surface
finishing knowledge is necessary, with physical cosmetic inspection experience.
· Dimension measurement tools and GD&T understanding is preferred
· Robust mathematical or computer science knowledge, coding skill by python is preferred, data
analysis skill required, familiar with tools, such as JMP, Minitab, Tableau.
Soft Skills
· Proactive and logical communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and
other Apple team
· Conflict management
Key deliverables will include:
· On site audit planning, execution, reporting and issues closure as leader auditor to ensure
process & product is in compliance with Apple requirements
· Perform Process/Dimension/Cosmetic/Kappa audit by following released documents or
special requirement including but not limit to DFM, SIP, SOP…
· Use data tools to analysis and audit vendors production & product data, identify potential
data manipulation issues.
· Co-work with Apple quality/technical team to drive major/critical audit issues’ investigation
and implement systematic improvement solutions with vendors
· Develop and improve vendors’ MES/QMS system to enhance data integrity and compliance
· Regular vendors’ quality audit performance assessment, including audit scorecard,
weakness and advantages
