In this role you'll make an impact by:
● Leading the annual financial planning, analysis, and key business processes.
● Optimizing resource allocation across areas to serve the best interests of the overall group.
● Engaging in performance dialogues to ensure actions are implemented and tracked, contributing directly to the achievement of business objectives.
● Providing tailored financial support to meet specific business needs, with a strong focus on sustainable, profitable growth.
● Driving integration initiatives, synergy tracking, and the execution of the strategic financial agenda and key projects.
● Partnering closely with Finance Business Partner Leads and Commercial Leadership Teams to drive financial stewardship, enhance value creation, and provide insights for a holistic view of the Business Area.
● Delivering cross-value-chain transparency and actionable business insights by clearly outlining key assumptions, implications, and risks to support sound decision-making.
● Actively engaging in commercial processes-including contracts, partnerships, pricing decisions, business development, demand planning, sales incentives, and strategic planning-to ensure financial alignment and impact.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
● A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, additional relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred but not required.
● A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, management accounting, auditing, compliance, or a similar role.
● A self-starter with strong adaptability, drive, and energy.
● Demonstrated business acumen and commercial insight, with compliance as a foundational principle.
● Strong presentation and communication skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and a focus on results and practical solutions.
● A keen eye for detail, paired with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture view.
● High numerical proficiency and solid technical finance skills.
● Strong problem-solving capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
● Effective at influencing and negotiating across functions and levels.
● Able to build strong networks and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
● Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is required, while Korean is considered a plus.
