崗位職責(zé):
1. Raise Customer Satisfaction by monitoring daily maintenance, repair, MOD fulfillment quality, fast response to call back and other customer requirements.
通過監(jiān)督本區(qū)域的日常保養(yǎng),修理和改造執(zhí)行質(zhì)量,快速響應(yīng)回召及其他客戶需求以提審客戶滿意度;
2. Responsible for safety, make sure safety comes first and be aware of all kind of safety accidents;
負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)域的安全工作,做到安全第一,警鐘長鳴;
3. Responsible for people development, provide technical training and appraisal for subordinates to catch up with the business development;
負(fù)責(zé)對本區(qū)域員工的人員管理:提供技能指導(dǎo)和員工評估,努力趕上業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要;
4. Monitor subordinates’ execution in regulation compliance, quality and service;
負(fù)責(zé)檢查督促本區(qū)域人員遵章守紀(jì)、質(zhì)量和服務(wù)意識的執(zhí)行;
5. Responsible for effective communication with customers and protect Schindler benefit;
負(fù)責(zé)與用戶的有效溝通,自覺維護(hù)公司利益;
6. Assist EI service contract signing to achieve business target;
配合維保合同的續(xù)簽,完成公司業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo);
7. Improve technician efficiency and productivity continuously to meet company requirement;
持續(xù)提高一線維保員工的工作效率,完成公司目標(biāo);
8. Retrieve and collect AR timely, reduce arrearage;
及時追繳和索取應(yīng)付賬款,減少欠款;
9. Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1. College diploma or above;
大專或以上學(xué)歷;
2. 3 years working experiences in Schindler or other elevator companies as a minimum, EI field engineering experience is preferred;
為迅達(dá)或其它電梯公司至少工作過3年,在用梯現(xiàn)場工程方面的經(jīng)歷為佳;
3. Good at communication and coordination;
良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)技能;
4. Strong self-management ability;
有較強(qiáng)的自我管理能力;
5. Good at organization and planning;
有較強(qiáng)的組織、計(jì)劃能力;
6. Customer-oriented and safety awareness.
有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識和安全意識。
