Objectives
Responsible for developing overall D&C strategy, steering & driving digital transformation direction, MB community operation, and lead change management. This position is also required to do the departmental budget planning and control based on the internal stakeholders (D&C E3 teams) and external parties’ alignment, and to deliver and facilitate impactful communication and digital outcomes.
Task Designation
Digital Strategy Development
? Develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmap and annual strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements
? Ensure the streamlined To-C business architecture and To-C touch point structure from overarching view
? Establish performance mechanism and OKR system to track progress, such as digital leads and conversion, digital revenue growth and process efficiency improvements
? Collaborate with IT/RD to optimize the process to ensure agile and flexible development to better fulfill business demands
? Ensure one data governance frameworks enhance cross-departmental data utilization
? Explore new digital technologies to expand internal digital capabilities
? Design internal upskilling programs to bridge workforce skill gaps
? Digital related budget planning and control
Digital Transformation and Steering
? Manage the D&C capability map; conduct annual reviews and external benchmarking for gap analysis
? Define and implement processes, IT solutions, and data requirements to support digital strategy
? Steer the “BMBS Digital & Customer Engagement Committee” to ensure the customer satisfaction/promotion and digital business development
MB Community Operation
? Annual customer engagement strategy development and activity planning
? Business KPI setting
? MB Community operation and management
? App/community platform function plan and development
Budget and Strategy Management
? Steer FC03, FC09, and MBBP processes across departments in alignment with the controller
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, customer engagement, or digital transformation roles, preferably in automotive or premium consumer industries.
