項目開發(fā)
Coordination of all RD-related activities for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars on Project MB.EA-M and successor carlines. Capability to lead as Project Lead Development (PLE) all required development activities according MDS. Making sure the China requirements are considered for platform from early project phase for all China relevant Derivates. Later shifting the focus on the PbP vehicle ramp up at BBAC. Safeguard the passing of relevant project milestones in terms of maturity, costs and time. Communication and Coordination of tasks between the responsible Engineers / Model- and Commodity Groups / Commodity Group Leader and Project Management in China and Germany.
Information sharing about all RD-related questions. Collection of status and follow up of Problem solving through e.g. engineering changes.
If needed lead of a task force.
Participate and share status in all kinds of related project meetings.
Lead RD China through the Digital and Hardware phase by following the MDS.
Main contact person for the responsible PLE’s in Germany for all questions regarding China. Sharing of the information within the local organization and follow up.
Alignment and Support / Reporting to related meetings in the Project, the German decision making gremiums and Plant meetings.
Collaboration with the CGL / MGS and other project leaders to reach all RD related project targets.
Follow up relevant engineering changes and respective documentation.
Coordinate activities and tasks for a successful RD Release. All tests are done in time and result is shared in the respective meetings. RD Release can be given in time.
Bachelor degree in mechanics, automotive engineering or relevant, master degree is preferred, 5 years working experience in overall vehicle development.
Experience as a project manager, e.g. vehicle launch and part development, etc.
Fluent English language skills, Chinese skills beneficial.
A high level of responsibility, pro-activity and ability to deal with stress.
Strong leadership ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Intercultural competence and communication skills with various levels and departments.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
