To aggressively develop and grow a new client portfolio from the ground up,
capturing market share and consistently exceeding sales targets in the
designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
核心職責(zé):
1. Prospecting & Hunting:
客戶開發(fā)與市場開拓:
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients within key industrial sectors (e.g., Heavy Machinery, Energy, Infrastructure) through strategic hunting activities.
- 通過戰(zhàn)略性市場開拓活動,識別、瞄準(zhǔn)并獲取重點工業(yè)領(lǐng)域(如重型機械、能源、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等)的新企業(yè)客戶。
- Build a robust pipeline from scratch, managing the entire sales cycle from initial cold contact to successful deal closure.
- 從零建立完善的客戶開發(fā)體系,全程把控從初次陌拜到成功簽約的完整銷售周期。
- Develop and nurture a cold lead database, systematically moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- 拓展并培育潛在客戶資源,系統(tǒng)化推動銷售線索通過銷售漏斗轉(zhuǎn)化。
- Leverage diverse channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events to generate new leads.
- 運用多元化渠道開發(fā)新客戶,包括電話陌拜、領(lǐng)英社交、人脈拓展及行業(yè)活動等多種方式。
2. Sales Execution & Deal Management:
銷售執(zhí)行與交易管理:
- Prepare, manage, and present timely and competitive quotations tailored to client needs and project specifics.
- 根據(jù)客戶需求與項目特點,及時制定、管理并呈現(xiàn)具備競爭力的報價方案。
- Lead skilled negotiations on terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
- 主導(dǎo)商務(wù)談判,熟練把握條款、條件與價格三大核心要素,確保簽訂盈利性合同。
- Oversee the deal process from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- 全面監(jiān)督交易流程從啟動到收官的各環(huán)節(jié),確保既符合公司政策規(guī)范,又滿足客戶預(yù)期要求。
3.Relationship & Account Management:
客戶關(guān)系與賬戶管理:
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to build strong, long-term relationships and identify new opportunities.
- 通過定期客戶拜訪與方案展示,建立穩(wěn)固的長期合作關(guān)系,并持續(xù)挖掘新商機。
- Represent the company at key business associations, trade chambers, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network.
- 代表公司參與重點商業(yè)協(xié)會、貿(mào)易商會及行業(yè)活動,持續(xù)提升品牌影響力并拓展商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
- Manage the post-sale relationship in coordination with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- 協(xié)同運營團隊維護售后客戶關(guān)系,確??蛻魸M意度并促成持續(xù)合作。
4. Commercial Administration:
商務(wù)行政管理:
- Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and met.
- 負責(zé)監(jiān)督合同的擬定與執(zhí)行流程,確保所有條款明確界定并全面落實。
- Manage the designated sales and marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
- 高效管理指定銷售與市場預(yù)算,致力實現(xiàn)投資回報最大化。
- Maintain impeccable records in the CRM system, providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- 在CRM系統(tǒng)中維護完整精準(zhǔn)的客戶記錄,提供可靠的銷售預(yù)測與管線分析報告。

Hard Skills & Experience:
專業(yè)技能與工作經(jīng)驗:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience in the logistics project sector, with a strong hunter mentality.
- 五年以上物流項目領(lǐng)域銷售及業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗,需具備出色的市場開拓能力。
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- 具備持續(xù)完成并超越銷售指標(biāo)的可靠履歷。
- Strong knowledge of the industrial market in China. Experience in Project Cargo or EPC logistics is a significant advantage.
- 深耕中國工業(yè)市場并具備扎實認知,擁有項目貨物運輸或EPC工程物流經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- Expertise in the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- 精通完整銷售周期全流程,涵蓋客戶開發(fā)、電話陌拜、方案呈現(xiàn)、商務(wù)談判與成交簽約各環(huán)節(jié)。
- Proficiency in using a CRM to manage pipelines and track performance.
- 熟練運用CRM系統(tǒng)管理銷售管線并追蹤業(yè)績表現(xiàn)。
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Native Chinese.
- 中文母語水平,并具備流利的英語溝通與書面表達能力。
