Responsibilities: 1. Develop the school’s innovative world-class marketing and communications strategy that will help the school enhance its reputation as the leading China-based business school for global leaders today and tomorrow; 2. Proactively develop, design and deliver innovative marketing and public relationship programs, including but not limited to school’s marketing literature, marketing campaigns and school major events; 3. Lead the marketing team and work with other teams of the school to ensure effective and efficient good implementation of marketing and public relation plans; 4. Lead the design, publication and circulation of all CKGSB magazines and periodicals; 5. Plan and supervise CKGSB’s press release and other content releases, on mainstream media, social media and other web media outlets; 6. Build and maintain close contacts with media to increase brand awareness among target audience; 7. Maintain and improve an inventory of marketing literatures for different communication purposes; 8. Maintain and improve the school’s market intelligence system. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above at a globally-recognized top-tier university; 2. Excellent verbal and writing ability in both Chinese and English; 3. More than 20 years of experiences in marketing and communications in a multinational company or an international organization; Experiences in management education or executive training segment is a plus; 4. Sound knowledge of economics, management, political science, history or regional studies; 5. Be able to define a clear vision for organizational growth and rally commitment and support to achieve this vision; 6. Be able to think creatively and tests new ideas; 7. Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills; Experiences in managing entire departments and teams of 8+ people; 8. Proven champion of highest workplace integrity; 9. Multicultural.
