崗位職責(zé)：
1. Responsible for overall financial activities of Exide China JV company. Contribute actively to the evolution and execution of JV company‘s financial and business plans.
2. Ensure that the top leadership team are provided with accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting that is meaningful to running the business.
3. Provide hands-on supervision of monthly close and reporting process for the JV plant by ensuring that timely, useful, and accurate data is available for business decisions.
4. Responsible for JV plant‘s financial planning and budgeting processes while actively involve in key assumption development, analytical review, and the development of planning models for, i.e., labor, pricing, etc.
5. Discover the cost saving potentials in manufacturing area and ensure the constructive use of cost accounting information to improve operational results.
6. Develops annual financial operational and investment budgets and profit distribution plans.
7. Provide effective financial support to the evaluation of capital investment decisions.
8. Ensure the conformity of all accounting & reporting processes to the internal control requirements from the group level.
9. Responsible for tax accounting and a close monitoring of local tax regulations .
10. Other tasks assigned by the company.
任職要求：
1. Financial management experience: 8+ years experience in financial positions of increasing scope and responsibility, out of which at least 3+ years as a manager or similar role in an international manufacturing environment.
2. Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
3. Experience with MNCs and within automobile and eletrinoic industry is preferred.
4. Strong Finance & Accounting background.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Hands on experience with PRC rules and regulations.
7. Self-motivated and and a good team player.
8. Result-oriented and self-starter.
9. Strong ability to work independently and handling problems.
10. Solid IT skills, especially Excel and SAP.
11. Fluent in English and mandarin.
