- Develop new customers with clear strategy and acquire new projects on existing customers. - Prepare and implement the business development plan to achieve sales target. - Distinguish the key customers who have big influence and decision power. - Build up the deep relationship with key customers and analyze the product roadmap to find out the business chance. - Take the lead of commercial negotiation for new projects and yearly price concession. - Coordinate the internal team for price calculation and cost optimization. - Analyze the target price and competition situation. - Define the battle plan and execute the action plan. - Cooperate with PM to ensure the smooth SOP of new projects. - Analyze the marketing trend and support to define the product strategy. - Implement the volume planning for business plan. - Handle the account receivable in time. - Support Logistic department for long-term forecast. - Willing to handle the temporary tasks assigned by management. Requirements: - 5+ years’ sales experience in automotive area. - Chemistry major is preferred. - Self-motivated. - Result-driven. - Willing to travel.
