General Job Duty 1. Provide financial management, guidance and overall financial support for ETS-China facilities. 2. Consolidate and report monthly financials for ETS-China facilities. 3. Support development and monthly management of ETS-China operating forecast and annual budget. 4. Ensure China accounting ledgers and reports are closed in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Ensure China financials are in compliance with local PRC GAAP and US GAAP, the relevant national laws, accounting regulations, and corporate policies and procedures. 6. Direct management of the China Finance Team. 7. Support local GM and US International Finance Director in development of financial spreadsheets, forecasts, etc. 8. Manage admin staff and related jobs OTHER DEMANDS: ? Knowledge of: o Industry pricing and currency exchange issues. o All payroll tax-related areas. o Accounting. ? Skill in: o Excel land Syteline ERP system. o HFM. o Interpersonal communication and team-building. o Written and verbal communication. ? Ability to: o Work in team environment, be quality conscious, and strive for continuous quality to improvement. o Learn new systems quickly. o Communicate with all levels of employees while maintaining strict confidentiality. o Be detailed oriented and organized. o Prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities. o Work under pressure with deadlines and frequent interruptions. Requirement: ? Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field. ? MBA or equivalent experience ? Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, reaching CET6 or higher level. ? More than 10 years of financial work experience in manufacturing foreign-invested enterprises, including above 5 years finance management working experience. ? Experience maintaining multiple sets of books. ? Experienced user of an ERP system. ? Proficient in using MS Office.
