Tasks Summary
Here, you'll spearhead AI model operational excellence within BBA IT division, joining a visionary team driving digital transformation. You'll architect and optimize the full AI model lifecycle— including selection, tuning, configuration, deployment, and optimization. Ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance AI model operations to support business objectives and digital transformation
Key Responsibilities
Model Selection, Benchmarking and Optimization:
● Lead the selection, evaluation, and benchmarking of AI/ML models for platforms and business applications;
● Architect, configure and streamline AI model pipelines for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
● Oversee model tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and continuous retraining processes
CI/CD: Implement CI/CD and automation (MLflow, Kubeflow) for seamless model deployment and monitoring.
Performance Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in AI model serving and infrastructure
Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with data scientists engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into robust model solutions
Innovation: Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements to enhance operational frameworks.
Security and Compliance: Ensure security, compliance, and governance of AI models in products and platforms
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
Technical Expertise:
● Expert knowledge and experience in model selection, tuning, and optimization for business systems
● Advanced experience with MLOps and DevOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
● Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with large-scale model deployment on AWS/Azure.
Process Skills: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and automated retraining
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and adaptability under pressure.
Language: Fluent English (German preferred).

模型選型、基準測試與優(yōu)化：
● 主導(dǎo) AI/ML 模型在平臺及業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用場景中的選型、評估與基準測試；
● 設(shè)計、配置并優(yōu)化 AI 模型流水線，確保其具備高可靠性、可擴展性與高效性；
● 負責模型調(diào)優(yōu)、超參數(shù)優(yōu)化及持續(xù)重訓練流程的管理。
自動部署與監(jiān)控：運用MLflow/Kubeflow等工具實現(xiàn)自動化部署與監(jiān)控。
性能調(diào)優(yōu)：排查并解決模型服務(wù)與云架構(gòu)（AWS/Azure）中的性能瓶頸。
跨團隊協(xié)作：與數(shù)據(jù)科學家、工程師及產(chǎn)品團隊合作，將業(yè)務(wù)需求轉(zhuǎn)化為穩(wěn)定可靠的模型解決方案。
技術(shù)前瞻：保持對 AI/ML 技術(shù)發(fā)展的前沿洞察，并推動其在運維框架中的應(yīng)用與落地。
安全與合規(guī)：確保 AI 模型滿足安全性、合規(guī)性等要求。
任職要求
教育背景：計算機科學、人工智能等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域本科/碩士學歷。
技術(shù)能力：
● 在業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的模型選擇、調(diào)優(yōu)和優(yōu)化方面具備專家級知識和經(jīng)驗
● 具備高級 MLOps 和 DevOps 工具使用經(jīng)驗（如 MLflow、Kubeflow、Airflow、Docker、Kubernetes、Jenkins）
● 精通 Python、TensorFlow/PyTorch 以及 MLOps 工具（如 Docker/Kubernetes）
