2.協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,跟進(jìn)訂單進(jìn)度,確保生產(chǎn)流程順暢。
Coordinate production plans, follow up on order progress, and eensure a smooth production workflow.
3.與業(yè)務(wù)和供應(yīng)商溝通制定并執(zhí)行驗(yàn)貨計(jì)劃。
Communicate with business units and suppliers to formulate andexecute product inspection plans.
4.嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)圖紙、設(shè)計(jì)要求和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或線上產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)險(xiǎn),確保出廠產(chǎn)品合格,并出具專(zhuān)業(yè)的英文驗(yàn)貨報(bào)告。
Conduct on-site or online product inspections strictly in accordance with technical drawings design requirements, and quality standards to ensure product conformity before shipment, and issue professional English inspection reports
5.具備獨(dú)立分析復(fù)雜質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的技術(shù)能力。針對(duì)生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,可以快速定位根本原因,主導(dǎo)制定并實(shí)施有效的糾正與預(yù)防措施,跟蹤驗(yàn)證改善效果。
Possess the technical ability to independently analyze complex quality issues. For problems arising in production, can quickly identify the root cause, lead the formulation and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions, and track the effectiveness of improvements.

6.主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商的開(kāi)發(fā)、評(píng)估與績(jī)效管理。通過(guò)技術(shù)支持、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督與培訓(xùn),推動(dòng)供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)工藝與質(zhì)量管理水平的持續(xù)提升。
Lead supplier development, evaluation, and performance manageement. Drive continuous improvement in supplier production processes and quality management levels through technical support, on-site supervision, and training.
7.負(fù)責(zé)處理客訴,提供分析報(bào)告、解決方案和預(yù)防措施,跟進(jìn)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。安排產(chǎn)品維修和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝等。
Be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing analysis reports, solutions,and preventive measures, and following up on improvement plans. Arrange product repairs and on site installations,etc.
8.維護(hù)和供應(yīng)商的良好關(guān)系。
Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
9.協(xié)助處理其他質(zhì)量相關(guān)的工作。
Assist in handling other quality-related tasks.

職位要求：

1.大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷。
College diploma or above.
2.三年以上中高端室內(nèi)家具產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Over three years of quality inspection experience in mid-to-high-end indoor furniture products
3.熟悉木制、金屬、軟體家具的生產(chǎn)工藝和材料特性。
Familiar with the production processes and material characteristics of wooden, metal, and upholstered furniture.
4.熟練使用辦公軟件,具備技術(shù)圖紙閱讀能力,熟練使用各種驗(yàn)貨工具。
Proficient in office software, capable of reading technical drawings, and skilled in using various inspection tools.
5.英文讀寫(xiě)良好,口語(yǔ)流利者優(yōu)先。
Good command of written and spoken English. Fluency in spoken English is preferred
6.責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、工作積極主動(dòng)、條理清晰、注重細(xì)節(jié)。
