JOB SUMMARY
This position will head up the Finance Department and report to the General Manager. Take the lead for Financial Services, Plant Accounting, Sales Finance Operation and Information Technology
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Operating Management
1. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial i nformation, the safeguarding of company assets, and compliance with accounting regulations and procedures, supervising and compiling various financial, production and statistical reports to various departments.
2. With knowledge of the local operating conditi ons, the financial controller will liaise with government officials on regulatory issues impacting the Company.
3. Implementation of an effective and efficient accounting and internal control system.
4. Oversees the budgetary process preparation plans and foreca sts with periodic updates and revisions; reviews the monthly budget against actual result and analyst key variances and identify improvement possibilities and implement any necessary changes.
5. Reviews costing, controls cost and ensure effective resource uti lization. Identifies key management and business issues and makes recommendations for required action.
6. Supervises various other functions including financial statement preparation, provides monthly management and financial report to the holding company an d headquarter.
7. Heads up the IT department to automate all corporate functions / systems and provides IT services to the user.
8. Assists in achieving maximum tax and treasury efficiency, as well as liaise and negotiates with government officials in the tax bureau and other government office.
9. Guides the analysis and studies for business opportunities, conducts the quotation process.
10. Works with the Managing Director and Plant Manager on special projects.
11. Acts as a company secretary for the board and carries out all the secretarial work for the Board of Directors.
B. Quality and Productivity Management
1. Leads all finance staff to attend Quality Circle activity.
2. Actively responds “Quality Work Place” competition.
3. Assists to maintain ISO9000 Quality System.
C. Manpower Management
1. Recruits and trains local relevant staff.
2. Responsible for working schedule of each supervisor and make suitable target for them.
3. Making valuation on financial staff working performance at interval.
4. Provides suitable training and necessary guidance for the financial staff.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A. 學(xué)歷
1. University graduate in finance, accounting or relevant subject.
2. Hold CPA or CA certificate of PRC., prefer to also Certified Tax Accountant, Certified
Internal Auditor or ACCA.
3. Prefer to MBA or EMBA.
B. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1. At least 5 years working experience within a large manufacturing company based in PRC.
2. At least 3 years experience as senior supervisor or manager in FIE environment.
3. Has experience in a start-up situation as well as the ability to set up new systems in Finance Department.
4. Has audit experience with large audit firms.
5. Has experience for budget management, sales financing control and IT management.
