  • Lead and contribute to numerical simulations for complex engineering designs.
  • Understand the simulation scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare finite element (FE) models based on simulation objectives and simulation standards.
  • Run simulations, identify potential issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
  • Perform post-processing by interpreting FEA results and providing actionable insights for engineering decisions.
  • Generate FEA reports summarizing key results and providing comprehensive engineering conclusions for decision-makers.
  • Analyze and processing road load signals
  • Maintain records of all activities and results in the CAE database.
  • Support and mentor team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of simulation projects.
  • Provide engineering suggestions for design improvements based on FEA results.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of solid mechanics theory and machinery design fundamentals.
  • Proficient in finite element method theory and practical applications.
  • Experience with applied FE software, such as:
    • HyperMesh
    • Abaqus
    • nCode
    • GlyphWorks
  • Ability to leverage FEA results to suggest improvements in design performance.
  • Ability to plan and execute complex FEA simulation plans for design development.
  • Practical experience in python scripting for job automation and customization
