Job Responsibilities: 1.Lead and manage multiple in vitro biology projects from initiation to completion; 2.ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met; 3.Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction; 4.Collaborate closely with scientific teams to design and implement effective experimental strategies and methodologies; 5.Ensure that all research complies with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal protocols; 6.Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and performance; 7.Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies when necessary; 8.Review and prepare project-related documentation, including progress reports and scientific presentations; 9.Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient use of lab and team resources; 10.Support junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship on project-related tasks. Qualifications: 1.PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; 2.Native-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; 3.Strong background in in vitro biological techniques, including cell-based assays, biochemical assays, and pharmacology; 4.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; 5.Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship management and team collaboration; 6.Strong scientific problem-solving with attention to detail; 7.Capable in scientific investigation, with the skill to quickly read, absorb and learn new methodologies from scientific literature; Extra Qualifications: 1.Native-level proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is highly advantageous; 2.1-2 years of industry experience in a similar role within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company; 3.Proficiency in Chinese is not strictly required, but there should be willingness to learn.
