工作職責：
1、協(xié)助編寫用戶需求標準（URS），提出設(shè)備采購申請。
Assist in the preparation of User Requirements Standards (URS) and submit equipment purchase requests.
2、協(xié)助起草或修訂庫房倉儲相關(guān)SOP，完善庫房倉儲管理的各項流程和標準。
Assist in drafting or revising SOPs related to warehouse storage, and improve various processes and standards
for warehouse warehousing management.
3、負責庫房合理化布局和管理。嚴格遵守庫房安全管理制度，落實防火、防潮等措施。規(guī)范操作各類設(shè)備，防止因操作不當引發(fā)安全事故負責。
Responsible for the rational layout and management of the warehouse. Strictly abide by the warehouse safety management system, implement measures such as fire prevention and moisture prevention. Standardize the operation of various types of equipment to prevent safety accidents caused by improper operation.
4、負責監(jiān)督審核制劑生產(chǎn)中心庫房蟲害控制。
Responsible for supervising and reviewing the pest control in the warehouse of the DP Center.
5、負責的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、溫度及濕度等因素，確保儲存條件符合規(guī)定要求。
Responsible for the environmental health, temperature and humidity of the warehouse to ensure that the storage conditions meet the specified requirements.
6、熟練操作WMS倉儲管理系統(tǒng)，且能排查WCS簡單故障。
Skilled in operating WMS warehouse system, and able to troubleshoot simple WCS faults.
7、熟練操作庫房溫濕度連續(xù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。
Skilled in operating the temperature and humidity continuous monitoring system in the warehouse.
8、負責組織安排庫房物料及產(chǎn)品的統(tǒng)計和盤點工作，及時地反映庫房的庫存情況，確保庫房賬、實相符；確保庫存數(shù)據(jù)的正確性。
Responsible for organizing and arranging the statistics and inventory of materials and products in the warehouse, timely reflecting the inventory situation of the warehouse, and ensuring the consistency of the warehouse accounts and real conditions; Ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
9、負責產(chǎn)品的發(fā)貨.
Responsible for the delivery of products.
10、負責易耗品的管理。
Responsible for the management of consumable products.
11、負責易燃易爆及有機溶劑的管理。
Responsible for the management of flammable and explosive and organic solvents.
12、及時發(fā)現(xiàn)庫房相關(guān)偏差，并上報QA。
Timely detection of warehouse-related deviations and reporting to QA.
13、協(xié)助對庫房的變更做出評估。
Assist in the evaluation of changes in the warehouse.
14、完成領(lǐng)導交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。
Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the leader.

任職要求：
1、藥物制劑、制藥工程或物流相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學歷。
Technical secondary school or above in pharmaceutical preparation, pharmaceutical engineering or logistics related majors.
2、具有3年以上制藥庫房相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
More than 1 year’s working experience in pharmaceutical warehouse.
3、了解相關(guān)制藥法規(guī)。
Understand the relevant pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
4、有較好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Have good ability of communication and coordination.
5、有較強的自我約束力，工作細致認真，責任心強。
Have strong self-discipline and strong sense of responsibility, and work carefully.
6、良好的計算機基本操作能力，具有物流運輸、倉儲領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)的操作技能，有較強的服務(wù)意識。
Good basic computer operation ability, professional operation skills in the field of logistics, transportation and warehousing, and strong service awareness.
