3. Regularly evaluate and optimize the reliability testing process to enhance testing efficiency and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
4. Keep track of the latest developments in reliability testing both at home and abroad, promptly introduce new standards and methods into practical work.

Work Experience

4. Master multiple quality and reliability tools, techniques and methods, such as FMEA, DOE, SPC, MSA, etc.
5. Acquainted with data processing and reporting tools, such as Python, Power BI, Minitab, etc.
6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
