? Standardize special requirements for different country, in order to achieving competitive excellence.
? Understand and perform for FMEA, RRCA, etc.
? Be familiar with elevator code for different countries, includes North America, European, Korea, etc.
? Be familiar with manufacturing and operation process, coordinate and lead cross function to ensure major/critical project’s execution and delivery
? Lead team to support jobsite requirement to ensure handover
? Comply with UTC and company’s Ethics & Compliance Policies.
? Complete ACE Associate courses and get the license on time.
? Apply ACE Tools to daily work.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above
? 3 years or above related work experience, and 2 years or above experience on mechanical or electrical design.
? Good in read, written and spoken English.
? Computer Skills: Practiced in using AutoCAD, Matlab, Microsoft OFFICE, Pro/e, be familiar with VBA, know ERP.
