?Serve as a trusted advisor in high-impact verticals (e.g.,government, retail, industry, logistics, transportation).
?Translate local insights into structured technical requests and improvement proposals for HQ.
3. Solution Innovation &

Preferred Qualifications:
?Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution management or similar.
?Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
?Deep technical knowledge of video surveillance, access control, alarms, AI, and system integration.
?Strong experience in customer-facing roles with focus on need analysis and custom solution building.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
?Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
?Willingness to travel frequently throughout Central America and the Caribbean.
