特異性皮炎轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學免疫學藥理學PCC
主要職責:負責制定自免疾病開發(fā)策略,開展創(chuàng)新性的新項目立項和靶點驗證,帶領(lǐng)團隊推進免疫管線項目至PCC及臨床前開發(fā)。
· Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for immunology research, with a focus on I&I diseases (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease, atopic dermatitis, chronic spontaneous urticaria, asthma, COPD, multiple sclerosis, or other relevant indications).
Identify and prioritize high-value therapeutic targets and disease areas based on unmet medical needs, scientific feasibility, and market potential.
· Advance I&I projects as a project leader to PCC or further stages. Oversee the design and execution of preclinical studies to validate targets, evaluate candidate molecules, characterize their mechanism of action in relevant assays, and evaluate efficacy, safety, and PK/PD leveraging internal capabilities and CRO network.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects, including upstream and downstream teams such as antibody discovery/protein engineering, and CMC.
· Lead, manage, and mentor the Immunology team, ensuring smooth daily operation and people management, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and scientific excellence, and meeting company’s overall strategic goals.
任職要求:
教育背景:Ph.D. in immunology or equivalent
相關(guān)經(jīng)驗:+8 year post-degree industrial experience and a track record of independent research
語言要求: Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
專業(yè)技能:
· Direct working experience in multiple R&D projects, with at least one project serving as a project team leader to complete the Concept-to-PCC cycle in early stage
research. Familiar with the key aspects of defining a successful biotherapeutic molecule.
· A deep understanding of immune system biology (e.g., Type 1, 2, and 17 inflammation, immune checkpoint, or immune regulation/tolerance) and mechanisms
of I&I diseases.
· Proficiency in current and emerging treatment paradigms for I&I diseases, including small molecules, biologics (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies,
cytokines), and novel modalities.
· Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate scientific insights into actionable research plans.
