2. P-file maintenance, including both electronic and hard copies 員工人事檔案管理,包括電子版和紙質(zhì)版
3. Assist on the applications for Shanghai Hukou and residence points for employees 協(xié)助辦理上海員工申請(qǐng)落戶、居住證積分事宜
4. Assist on chops in Shanghai office 協(xié)助上海辦公室的蓋章事宜
5. Assist on monthly plant attendance consolidation 協(xié)助月度工廠考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)
6. Support HR & Communication Department Dairy work 支持人力資源與傳播部日常工作 7. Other Ad-hoc work assigned 其他臨時(shí)交辦的工作
Requirements 任職要求: 1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, business management and other related disciplines preferred; 本科及以上學(xué)歷在讀,人力資源、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2. 1. Proficient in MS Office; Video/Picture editing ability preferred 熟練使用辦公軟件;擅長視頻/圖片編輯優(yōu)先 3. Basic oral communication skills in both English and Chinese; 中英文溝通順暢; 4. Patient and detail-oriented. Strong learning ability and logical thinking 耐心、細(xì)心,較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和邏輯思維能力 5. Attendance 3-4 days/week, 3-6 months 每周可實(shí)習(xí)3-4天,共可實(shí)習(xí)3-6個(gè)月
