Responsibilities
● Responsible of the campaign calendar and communications with internal and external stakeholders
● Drive engagement with venues and partners during the planning process in compliance with FedEx brand and guidelines.
● Support and execute trainings with FedEx's providers such as Marketplaces, ERP, Payment gateway and Plugins
● Own post-event admin and reporting on outcomes and achievements.
● Responsible of internal systems to manage customer communication and pricing
● Administration of marketing system to upload leads from executed campaigns.
● Administration of pricing and billing systems and related components to ensure digital onboarding of new customers is available and up-to-date
● Reporting and administrative support
● Collaborate with team members as needed to drive excellence in our priority initiatives
● Attend meetings, take and send out notes, support on follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
requirements
● Fluent in English, secondary language like Mandarin would be beneficial
● Previous working experience in marketing, sales or partnerships
● Previous experience in logistics or eCommerce
● Familiar with eCommerce ecosystem
● Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Python for analytics is beneficial but not required.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
● Networking aptitude
● Open to travel as needed to events in SEA.
