Manage trainings for both internal and external, do training plan before put the training into effect and give an analyse to the effect after the training/負責公司內(nèi)部培訓和外部培訓,包括培訓前制定培訓計劃、實施培訓,培訓后進行培訓效果評估及分析
Responsible for employee deveopment and employee relationship /負責公司員工發(fā)展和員工關系相關工作
Make plan and budget control for company annual activities/公司年度活動計劃的制定及預算控制;
Implementation and effect tracking the plan for company annual staff activities (including company overall activities and workshop only activities)/公司年度員工活動計劃(包含公司全體及車間獨立的活動)的組織實施及效果跟蹤;
Responsible for HR marketing communication/負責人力資源相關的市場溝通工作/;
Gather the proposals of staffs and give solutions to these questions/收集員工建議,解決相關的問題
