Job Purpose:
To work alongside the Director of Performing Arts, and LAMDA team to support the delivery of quality Teaching and Learning, and to help raise standards of achievement for all pupils.
To provide administrative support to the Director of Performing Arts and other LAMDA Team members upon request.
Essential Requirements:
1. Previous experience of working with children is necessary;
2. College or above degree;
3. Understanding of the LAMDA Curriculum;
4. Effective communication and engagement with children and their families.
5. Arrive on time to lessons, dressed appropriately for lessons.
