【職位概述】
本崗位隸屬于ETS研究院,主要負(fù)責(zé)開展研究工作,并為ETS在中國及其他泛亞國家的測評與研究服務(wù)提供支持。
The Postdoctoral researcher is affiliated with the ETS Research Institute. This role involves conducting research and contributing to ETS assessments and research services in China and other Pan-Asian countries.

We are seeking a motivated, skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team to support a variety of research initiatives, and to coordinate with ETS China and other current and prospective China-based clients and partners.
典型項(xiàng)目包括:跨國研究能力評估;國際職業(yè)技術(shù)技能測評項(xiàng)目PISA VET的技能評估與研究;配合ETS中國團(tuán)隊(duì)為本地客戶及合作伙伴提供業(yè)務(wù)拓展、研究合作、成果傳播與服務(wù)支持。
Some example projects include: Evaluation of research skills across countries; Skills evaluation and assessment for PISA VET, an international assessment of career and technical skills; Coordination with ETS China to support China-based clients and partners on business development, research-related collaborations, dissemination, and services.

The postdoctoral researcher will work closely with the research leadership team and a diverse group of researchers, educators, and external partners to expand ETS Global Research Institute's presence in China and other Asian countries and to ensure timely and effective local support for the successful execution of research projects.
【主要職責(zé)】
1.科研工作:在研究管理團(tuán)隊(duì)指導(dǎo)下,主導(dǎo)并參與各類研究工作,包括研究提案撰寫、研究設(shè)計(jì)、文獻(xiàn)綜述、數(shù)據(jù)收集、測評評分、數(shù)據(jù)分析、報(bào)告與論文撰寫及成果傳播。
Research Contribution: Lead and contribute to a variety of research activities, including proposal preparation, research design, literature review, data collection, scoring of assessments, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and dissemination, working under the guidance of the research leadership team.
2.項(xiàng)目管理:負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目日常執(zhí)行,協(xié)調(diào)外部合作伙伴,管理研究項(xiàng)目,確保項(xiàng)目節(jié)點(diǎn)與截止日期按期完成。
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with external partners, and manage research projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
3.成果傳播:通過學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)表、會議報(bào)告、研討會及其他學(xué)術(shù)與專業(yè)渠道推廣研究成果。
Dissemination: Lead efforts to disseminate findings through publications, conference presentations, workshops, and other academic and professional venues.
4.外部合作協(xié)調(diào):推動與學(xué)校、教育機(jī)構(gòu)、技術(shù)開發(fā)方等外部研究伙伴的合作,支持各項(xiàng)研究工作。
Coordination with External Partners: Facilitate collaboration with external research partners, including schools, educational organizations, and technology developers, to support all aspects of research activities.
5. 根據(jù)需要協(xié)調(diào)中國及周邊國家的其他研究相關(guān)工作,包括但不限于會議組織協(xié)調(diào)、成績報(bào)告、測評與服務(wù)展示;與客戶及合作伙伴就測評、研究、研究服務(wù)及相關(guān)后勤工作進(jìn)行對接;與ETS普林斯頓總部及其他相關(guān)方協(xié)作開展新業(yè)務(wù)拓展,包括新客戶合作的介紹、洽談與合同落地等相關(guān)工作。
Coordinate other research-related work in China and neighboring countries if needed, including but not limited to, conference organization and coordination, score reporting, and demonstration of assessment and services; Coordinate with clients and partners on assessments, research, research services, as well as related logistics; Coordinate with ETS Princeton and other stakeholders on new business development, including coordinating work related to introducing, discussing, and finalizing contracts with new clients.

1.具備扎實(shí)的教育測評與勞動力技能測評及相關(guān)研究知識。
Strong knowledge about educational and workforce assessments and related research.
2.優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目管理與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Strong project management and organizational skills.
3.有學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表及會議報(bào)告成果。
A track record of publishing research in academic journals and presenting at conferences.
4.出色的人際溝通能力,能夠與教育工作者、研究人員、技術(shù)開發(fā)方等多方合作。
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including educators, researchers, and technology developers.
5.具備主導(dǎo)并開展教育與勞動力技能測評研究的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Demonstrated experience in leading and conducting research in educational and workforce assessments.
6.能夠獨(dú)立或協(xié)作牽頭相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究項(xiàng)目。
Demonstrated experience in independently or collaboratively leading research projects in these areas.
7.熟練掌握統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,包括但不限于描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、相關(guān)分析、線性模型(方差分析、回歸分析),并能使用R或Python等軟件。
Proficiency in statistical analysis, including but not limited to descriptive analysis, correlational analysis, and linear models (ANOVA and regression), using related software, such as R or Python.
8.優(yōu)秀的普通話口頭與書面表達(dá)能力;具備英語使用能力者優(yōu)先。
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin.English proficiency is preferred.
9.良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,能高效參與團(tuán)隊(duì)工作。
Strong collaborative skills with evidence to work effectively in teams.
10.工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、響應(yīng)及時,可通過郵件、微信、電話等保持有效溝通。
Dedication and responsiveness, e.g., timely communication via email, WeChat, or Phone.
11.有會議組織或業(yè)務(wù)拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Prior experience in organizing conferences or business development is a plus.
【學(xué)歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求】
教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、心理測量學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,近三年內(nèi)畢業(yè)(2023年及以后畢業(yè))。
A Ph.D. in Education, Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field, within the last 3 years (graduated in or after 2023).
