系統(tǒng)工程師
崗位職奏:
1. 主導(dǎo)新能源產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中涉及的客戶需求、系統(tǒng)接口、應(yīng)用環(huán)境、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證，確保產(chǎn)品滿足系統(tǒng)要求，追求客戶和用戶滿意,
2.支持制定新能源產(chǎn)品路線和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，收集市場(chǎng)、客戶新技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改善的需求，并推動(dòng)落實(shí);
3.負(fù)妻客戶的系統(tǒng)功能技術(shù)接口，收集、整理并發(fā)布系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔，作為產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的輸入，解釋系統(tǒng)需求;
4.主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中系統(tǒng)級(jí)別的開(kāi)發(fā)工作，如系統(tǒng)FMEA，系統(tǒng)評(píng)審，系統(tǒng)集成發(fā)布和交付，系統(tǒng)變更，系統(tǒng)售后和服務(wù)工作;
5.管理新產(chǎn)品的預(yù)研和概念開(kāi)發(fā)，協(xié)調(diào)跨功能開(kāi)發(fā)小組工作，為相關(guān)部門(mén)、客戶提供技術(shù)支持。:
任職要求:
1.機(jī)械工程、電子工程、軟件、自動(dòng)化等專業(yè)學(xué)士及以上，碩士?jī)?yōu)先;
2.具有汽車行業(yè)3年以上開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.熟悉產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程，熟悉產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證、規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測(cè)試方法;
4.具備平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品(從概念到量產(chǎn))的開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)歷:
5.具備新能源的電子產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉新能源產(chǎn)品的架構(gòu)、測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先:
6.熟悉產(chǎn)品成本構(gòu)成，有VAVE經(jīng)驗(yàn);
7.有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和擔(dān)當(dāng)精神，能在壓力下工作。
