工作內(nèi)容： ? 從整個(gè)項(xiàng)目（市場，工業(yè)化，質(zhì)量等）的角度設(shè)計(jì)解決方案； ? 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)； ? 確保能夠根據(jù)每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)階段的要求提供相應(yīng)合格的交付物； ? 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)完整的新產(chǎn)品； ? 跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證，并解決其中出現(xiàn)的問題； ? 持續(xù)改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和降低成本。 職位要求： ? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或機(jī)電專業(yè)； ? 至少有電工類或小家電類產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)三年以上，尤其是開關(guān)或者插座類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； ? 有大型公司或外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉大型公司研發(fā)流程； ? 精通cro-e； ? 熟悉五金塑膠零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，熟悉常用五金及塑膠材料的性能及加工工藝； ? 熟練掌握英語讀寫，口語能夠交流； ? 善于溝通，做事積極主動(dòng)； ? 有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
