崗位職責(zé)： 1. 主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程，確保供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品符合標準。 2. 監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制，推動缺陷發(fā)現(xiàn)與減少。 3. 協(xié)作解決供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量問題，優(yōu)化流程和標準。 4. 負責(zé)供應(yīng)商零件質(zhì)量管理。 任職要求： 1. 熟悉機械零件，注塑件和沖壓件，3年以上經(jīng)驗，具備在供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理方面的深厚專業(yè)知識。 2. 能夠有效溝通，推動質(zhì)量改進措施的實施。 3. 能夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并激勵團隊，推動跨部門合作。 4. 擁有良好的分析能力和問題解決能力。
