一、工作經(jīng)驗： 至少3年以上軟件測試或自動化測試開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
二、編程能力：
精通至少一種主流編程語言，如 Python、Java、C# 或 JavaScript。
具備扎實的編程基礎(chǔ)和良好的代碼規(guī)范。
三、自動化測試經(jīng)驗：
熟悉主流自動化測試框架和工具，例如：
Web/UI 自動化： Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer 等。
API 自動化： Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured 等。
單元/集成測試： JUnit, TestNG, Pytest 等。
有從零開始搭建自動化測試框架的經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
四、測試?yán)碚撝R：
熟悉軟件測試流程、測試方法和測試?yán)碚摚私飧鞣N測試類型（功能、性能、安全、兼容性等）。 具備缺陷管理和跟蹤經(jīng)驗。
五、工具與技術(shù)：
熟悉版本控制工具（如 Git）。
了解或使用過 CI/CD 工具（如 Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps）。
具備數(shù)據(jù)庫（SQL/NoSQL）基礎(chǔ)知識，能編寫查詢語句。
熟悉 Linux/Unix 操作系統(tǒng)。
六、軟技能：
優(yōu)秀的分析問題和解決問題的能力。
良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神。
積極主動，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具備持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和自我驅(qū)動的能力。
七、加分項：
有工業(yè)自動化領(lǐng)域測試經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
熟悉敏捷開發(fā)流程 (Scrum/Kanban)。
持有相關(guān)測試認(rèn)證（如 ISTQB）。
