? To be responsible for the training and development of the store commercial team, succession for commercial supervisor
? Identify and develop potential within the store and manage succession plans with the relevant follow up
? To ensure that the floor layout is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines, maintain the visual merchandising, and support with sales result.
? Analyse daily information and react to it accordingly.
? To support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the following;

? University degree is required
? Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
? Good team management skills
? Numeric and analytic skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Has initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive
