Reporting to: ZARAHOME Greater China Commercial Head / International Visual Commercial
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the national visual merchandising & commercial strategy for ZARA HOME, ensuring all stores deliver a premium, consistent brand image while maximizing sales performance through data-driven visual and commercial actions. This role drives visual execution, commercial performance, team development, and acts as the key link between regional teams, stores and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Visual Strategy Execution
? Collaborate with International Visual Commercial, Commercial head and Regional Commercial teams to define and implement commercial and visual strategies.
? Adapt global/Asia guidelines to local market needs while ensuring a creative, high-quality store image.
? Plan and execute new collection floor plans, windows, and visual updates according to guidelines.
? Propose improvement ideas to enhance store image and add commercial value.
? Ensure lighting, windows, furniture, mannequins, and product displays meet brand standards.
? Monitor fashion and home trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Analysis & Reporting
? Analyze daily/weekly sales data and product performance to identify opportunities.
? Pinpoint improvement areas from a commercial perspective and propose solutions.
? Collect weekly store feedback and report to corporate to develop action plans.
? Prepare regular reports on store image, decorations update.
? Track and report on KPIs
Team Management & Training
? Lead, align objectives, and develop the store visual commercial teams.
? Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate store and visual teams.
? Identify high-potential talents and build succession plans for key positions.

Required Experience & Qualifications
? Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail, luxury, fashion, or home furnishing.
? Demonstrated team management experience.
? Strong passion for fashion, home decoration, and retail.
? High creativity, visual flair, and aesthetic sense.
? Excellent commercial awareness and sales-driven mindset.
? Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
? Proactive problem-solving and timely decision-making ability.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-team collaboration skills.
? Data analysis capability and results-oriented.
? Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
? Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
? Trend-spotter and customer-oriented mindset.
? Willing and able to travel frequently nationwide.
?Fluent written and spoken English.
